摘 要
本文对一些具有代表性的典型机构,根据拟定的原始参数,采用SolidWorks 进行三维设计,然后用CosMosMotion 进行运动和动力学仿真分析,从而验证、修改、优化设计方案,使得以前需要组织研究团队,进行复杂设计计算,制造物理样机验证结果的设计过程大大简化,一个人在极短的时间里就可以完成完整且具有说服力的机械设计方案。为普通的设计人员提供一种最容易学习掌握的、实用的,从设计到分析全过程的三维机械仿真方法。机构的运动分析不但用于分析现有机械的工作性能,而且当进行新机构的综合时,综合的结果也需要通过运动分析来检验其性能是否符合要求。通过轨迹分析,可以确定某些构件运动所需要的空间,判断它们运动时是否相互干涉。通过速度分析,可以确定机构中从动件的速度是否合乎要求,并为进一步作机构的加速度分析和受力分析提供必要的数据。通过加速度分析,可为惯性力的计算提供加速度数据,尤其对于高速机械和重型机械等惯性力较大的机械,进行加速度分析是非常必要的。

This article has the representative typical organization to some, according to primitive parameter which draws up, uses SolidWorks to carry on the three dimensional design, then carries on the movement and dynamics simulation analysis with CosMosMotion, thus confirms, the revision, the optimization design proposal, causes beforehand need organization to study the team, carries on the complex design calculation, the manufacture physics prototype confirmation result design process big simplification, a person may complete the integrity in the extremely short time also have the persuasive power machine design plan. Provides one kind for the ordinary design personnel easily to study grasping practical, from designs to analyzes the entire process the three dimensional mechanical simulation method.Not only the organization movement analysis uses in analyzing the existing machinery the operating performance, moreover when carries on the new organization the synthesis, the synthesis result also needs to examine its performance through the movement analysis whether conforms to the requirement. Through the path analysis, may determine certain component movement needs the space, judges when their movement whether interferes mutually.Through the speed analysis, may determine in organization from moving parts speed whether conforms with the request, and for further makes the organization the acceleration analysis and the stress analysis provides the essential data. Through the acceleration analysis, may provide the acceleration information for the force of inertia computation, especially regarding high speed mechanical and heavy duty machinery and so on force of inertia big machineries, carries on the acceleration analysis is extremely essential.
