Abstract
Concrete frame and steel frame are the most commonly used in frame structure. Concrete frame structure is widely used in homes, schools, office buildings, but also exert prestressed needed on concrete beam or plate in order to apply to large span. Frame steel structure commonly used for great span public building, multi-layered industry workshop and in some special use building.
Finite element method is applied to solid mechanics, fluid mechanics, heat transfer, electromagnetics, acoustics, bio-mechanics and other fields, and can solve elastic, plastic or plastic problem composed by the bar, beam, plate, shell, block and other types of units ; can also solve the fluent pipeline, the electric circuit, the lubrication, the noise as well as solid, the fluid, the temperature interaction question.
This paper conducts the numerical simulation on the frame structure with finite element analysis software ansys as a platform against the research for the frame structure and in-depth discussion ofthe weakest link of the frame structure designed , thus improves the current design of some of the existing problems, reliability and use of life,and analyzes the force under the different body parameters and proposes design measures to improve the frame structure, then carries on the strength and stiffness analysis, modal analysis and stability calculations.
