This thesis is mainly introduced the HMI design of control system about oil cooling,which based on WinCC flexible 2007 from siemens.It makes the communication between human and machine more convenient and handy.
To the control system about oil cooling,in the field of the control of equipment operation,the HMI plays a central roll.Therefore,it’s with a big significance to design a frendly HMI. In this paper, taking touch screen interface design as the subject, using Siemens WinCC flexible configuration software to establish a good man-machine interface to realize the automation of control assembly machine. In this paper, the WinCC flexible configuration software as the core, combined with the assembly machine’s control requirements, the project’s variables, the configuration script and the program screen shows the relationship between the main interface and the sub-interface on the role of the interfaces, functions and ways to achieve, compare the three different motor patterns such as debugging and so on,To illustrate the general steps and the specific work should be done of the project configuration .
The automatic operation and run of the assembler greatly improve the efficiency,reduce the maintenance work of the equipment and production accident,quicken the speed of trouble handle and make automation of equipment information possible.With the help of WinCC,users can use the kiosks,buttens,graphics and digital information on the touch screen.to handle or monitoring the constantlyy changing information,which makes human behavier and machine behavier into a perfect unit.In addition is the touch screen durable and it saves space.
