Abstract
On the basis of knowing fundamental structure and character of high-speed dynamic balancer, and various dynamic balance methods, mastering influent factor of flexible stator’s high-speed dynamic balance, we’ve investigated adoption of vibration data and basic solution methods, have learned relative programming platform, and how to using power frequency to converse signal, as well as test system. As to a high-speed dynamic balancer, we should establish a set of integrate data testing and analysis system, invent analysis program of dynamic balance base on influent factor, and debug. On medium test bed, we have carried out experimental test and research, by method of testing stator’s weight, comparing data, judging direction of rotate speed, we finally verified dynamic balance and got the conclusion: dynamic balance changes as environment changes.
