Abstract
Carbide rotating file is an more complex shape face and indispensable tool for benchwork mechanization,used for machining of various shapes metal mould. Rotating file's size is smaller, cutter tooth is shallow, there is no blade knife surface after rear face.Every knife knife on both sides of the slot and at the same time in the schedule of grinding.Therefore wheel and the relative motion of the workpiece to satisfy more complex geometric relations,needed more coordinates of CNC machine can realize.This paper introduces the subject areas of research with CNC machining of rotary at home and abroad,Rotary study the mathematical model of edge curve and processing system Settings,through the analysis method of burrs I obtain grinding motion model under different coordinates ,and Export related CNC programming Combined with practical standard tools.In addition, the paper combining with actual computer simulation and verification in the process of interference problems are discussed.
