Abstract
In recent years, the plastic product and the plastic mold obtained the rapid development, the application have been also getting more and more widespread. The present paper mainly elaborated injection mold's development and the present situation, directs the hydraulic engine to meet Shui He the main design mentality, the main spare part design method and the computational method. The design process has mainly used UG and the AutoCad tool software, has realized the design proposal fully using the computer auxiliary superiority. First analyzed has modelled a technology capability, has chosen the single minute profile mold, and module has completed the formation spare part modelling using UG the Moldwizard. Had determined a minute profile, the gating system, the ejecting mechanism, the cooling system and so on, have chosen the injection machine, has calculated the formation spare part size. And to injected machine various parameters has carried on the examination according to the piston details injection mold's request. Finally used the AutoCAD software to draw up a set of mold's assembly drawing and the detail drawing, drew up the mold blueprint had the guiding sense to the actual production.
