Abstract
In this paper, by application the CAD software, the author have finished the mould of the products, designed the boss and cavity of mould, exertion of the mould shelf and have written the numerical control procedure.
In chapter 1,the author discuss the development and gap of molded plastic in domestic and foreign. Also briefly the CAD technology in the manufacture of mould design applications and introduced the theory of the main research component.
In chapter 2, uses the PROE to design the product.
In chapter 3, through an analysis of appearance of the products, and combining dividing type a design principle of mould finishes the boss and cavity of mould. Then according to the detection principle of mold design, has carried on every technology to measure to moulds designed and finished the assembly of the mould shelf.
From chapter4-9,the author is mostly to compute the configuration of the mould which has been designed and check it.
In chapter9, through the form analysis to the boss and cavity moulds designed, Select the numerical control preparation method suitable for use and finish the choice of the cutter and planning of cutter route.
