Abstract
This paper describes the design of the controller with the PLC of the pulse bag filter system. According to the requirements of Bag filter control system, form a reasonable design from the analysis, the use of Mitsubishi's PLC programming software for the preparation of the control system program, designed to develop a suitable industrial production, the control pulse bag filter system.
Mitsubishi's GX Developer and FX DU-WIN-C programming software are used as Control system software; Mitsubishi PLC and touch screen are used as hardware. The PLC is the core of the control system, it mainly used to complete the logic of the system control functions, such as: pulse cleaning process, automatic / manual and other control, PLC can be run independently from the touch screen. The touch screen can set the number of parameters, such as Spraying time, discharging time, alarm pressure and alarm temperature.
The major work of Pulse Bag Filter Control System is cleaning, discharging and transporting ash. The task of cleaning ash can be operated in two ways, which are automatic cleaning and manual cleaning. Automatic cleaning operation will automatically start to clean sequently from the first room to the twelve room; manual cleaning is operated by the operator to clean the room which needed. After the task of cleaning ash is completed, the task of discharging ash and transporting ash start. The time of the process of cleaning and discharging ash can be set with touch screen.
