Abstract:
Single screw pump is a king of inner contacted and closed screw pump. It is mainly made up of screw、bush、coupling、transmission shaft、pump shaft、parts and so on. Through the inner contacted relative motion between screw and bush, which making closed case move along the axial direction, so a transfusion progress is accomplished.
This paper introduce the principium and characteristic of screw pump and design it reasonably according to the given data. Paper content include the background and future of screw pump, size calculation , selection of different parts and the drawing of pump. There into, size calculation is counted through the method of “single screw pump design and experimental research report”: The pump performance variation principles were conducted by analyzing the influence of hydraulic screw diameter D, screw-pitch T and eccentricity e were deduced. Based on the summary of excellent hydraulic models, numerical analyses were applied to fit out the formulae for coefficientsκ1andκ2, pump volume efficiency ηv , while the single screw design method was built. Choose a suitable electromotor , ensure and check transmission shaft. Select right parts in the shaft such as bearing, key, airproof circle, axes connection and so on. Make sure the lubrication and pressurize method on the shaft and dimension of the machine body. Precision design should be done toward every part. Choose reasonable cooperation tolerance, position tolerance and surface roughness degree. Select the material of screw and bush. Finally, draw the drawing of every non-standard part and chief assembly.
