摘 要
本论文提出的泵属于流体机械,是一种将原动力所做的功转化为被输送液体的压力势能和动能的流体机械。本论文是关于清水离心泵的机械设计。首先介绍离心泵的工作原理及其基本组成的六大部分:叶轮、泵体、泵轴、轴承、密封环、填料函。清水离心泵在实际生活当中的应用亦有所介绍。
论文讲述了一般清水离心泵的设计过程,由给定的设计参数进行水力计算得出离心泵主要部分叶轮、叶片的设计参数,从而确定叶轮、叶片的尺寸大小和外形结构。对蜗室和扩散管也有所提及。对如何选取离心泵的与电机相连部分的联轴器进行了详细的描述。轴是离心泵的动力传入部分,本论文对轴的选材到设计计算都有提及,由功率确定电机的型号,从而确定轴的最小轴径。如何选取轴的配套部件轴承的也做了介绍。

Abstract
The pump in this paper is belong to fluid machinery, is a kind of fluid machinery that can make the work of motive power become the pressure potential energy and kinetic energy of the carried fluid. This thesis is about the mechanical design of water centrifugal pump. First, it introduces the principle of the centrifugal pump and its’ six basic large parts : impeller, pump body, bearings, shaft ,gasket ring and packing. It also introduces the application of water pump in practice.
This paper introduces the design process of the water centrifugal pump .By the given design parameters, it can determine the size and structure of the main part of the impeller and blade. The spiral housing and diffusion tube have also been mentioned in this paper. It has a detailed description of how to select a coupling which connects the pump and the motor. Axis is the part of the incoming power to the centrifugal pump. This paper has mentioned how to choose the material of the axis and the design calculations as well. The type of motor is determined by the power, so it can determine the minimum diameter of the axis. It also introduces how to choose the right bearings.
