Abstract
This thesis is the design of the structure of vehicle simulator. driving simulator driving simulator, driving simulator can correctly simulate a car driving action, get real vehicle driving experience of the simulation equipment. In order to obtain the same with real vehicle driving simulator with real driving feel the effect of truck operators have shifted operations to start, shift operation, brakes, clutch, throttle and other limbs with the manipulation. In this thesis, driving simulator engine, transmission, steering system workflow engine on the driving simulator for digital model; on the shift speed control institutions agencies, self-locking, interlocking institutions, in neutral gear back bit-oriented agencies agencies and design; and steering control mechanism design ; Based on human engineering point of the human body model using H seat driving simulator design, design thinking is the design process in the seat of human joints and the cab under the set of relations between the derived formula comfortable angle to comfortable angle and the steering wheel and the body within the interference does not occur as the constrains, determine a reasonable cross-point height, seat, adjust the level, scope and angle and then calibrated to find the right point. Finally, to map out a driving simulator SolidWorks device of the clutch pedal, steering wheel, instrument panel and other parts of their plan and assembled, and finally get a vehicle assembly drawing.
