异形工件自动焊接机的设计
摘要:根据企业需求设计自动焊接机。通过对手工焊接和智能机器人焊接技术的对比分析,提出了对异形工件自动焊接机的总体设计方案。根据给定的异形工件(不锈钢酒壶)图样,采用三个自由度:两个移动、一个转动,完成自动焊接机机械系统设计,使自动焊接机在程序控制下可实现对任意形状的平面焊缝的焊接;并且焊接过程中,始终能满足焊炬和工件焊缝间的角度要求。焊接平面高度可调。通过压紧机构设计,将两被焊接件夹在一起,且夹紧力可调。完成设计后的自动焊接机整机刚度、尤其是焊矩支撑机构的刚度高。整机制造工艺性好,拆装、维修方便,满足中小型企业异形焊缝的焊接需求。

Abstract:We design automatic welding machine according to business needs, after the comparing and analysis of the manual welding and intelligent robot welding technology, we have carried out to design an automatic welding machine which can joint the profiled work-pieces together. According to the special-shaped work-pieces (steel flagon) graphic, we decide to use 3-DOF (2 mobile, a rotation) to complete the mechanical system design of automatic welding.In the control of processes, it can achieve the welding of arbitrary shapes; What’s more ,it can meet the requirements of welding torch and the angle of welding lines during the process; The plane height can be adjusted; We also plan to contrive a framework which can make two welded pieces together ,in addition ,the clamping force is adjustable. After the completion of the design of automatic welding machine, it owns a great number of merits such as good stiffness ,excellent manufacturing convenience of dismounting and maintenance which is suitable for the majority of small and medium-sized enterprises .
