Theory Research of Several Bottleneck Problem about Hydraulic Gap Control System in Coldroll
Abstract
With the development of social economy, the requirement of flimsy plate become more increasing in every trade at home and abroad .At the same time, the steel rolling production and rolling technology develop at very fast speed. The strip steel production has realized the full continuous rolling step and step, and developed in the direction of increasing output, enlarging variety, improving precision and automatization degree. In the case of more and more higher precision of armor plate, more and more complex control parameter of rolling mill and the emergence of all sorts of high and new rolling technology, it is more exigent to research in-depth the theory of rolling.
This paper integrates the item of BENGANG technology assimilation, researches the theory of Hydraulic Gap Control System (HGC system). HGC system is the important component in the control system of coldroll, it can control the rolling gap size of stand, and direct effect the shape of plate. In the process of rolling, some factors affect directly the production efficiency of coldroll and the precision of plate, special is the factor due to eccentric of roller (work roller and back-up roller), fluctuate of oil film and stretch of coldroll.
This paper analyses in-depth the eccentricity compensation, oil film compensation and stretch compensation, and expatiates the mathematical model, implementation procedure of three compensations and the excellence and shortcoming of respective theory at home and abroad. In particular, finite element analysis technology is applied in the simulation of roller eccentricity on the base of threoy research. Take into account the infection of eccentricity of work roller and back-up roller. Respectively simulate in the different condition of rolling (for example : transformative rate、velocity of rolling、frictionfactor、thickness of plate、diameter of roller). Compare the infection of plate shape on account of eccentricity of work roller and back-up roller by virtue of the simulation result and the ability of background processing , the analysis results become the theoretical document for compensating the eccentricity.
