ABSTRACT
AT89C52 and TLC5618 implementation high-speed AD and DA control system not only could be used in the calculation of the need to side, but also could be used instead of the actual components procedures, where current source is simple, reliable, precision control. Load in a variety of circumstances could be used in the same basic hardware, as long as the change in sampling methods and software programs, voltage source devices could adapt to different requirements.
AT89C52 and TLC5618 implementation high-speed AD and DA control system accomplished programmable voltage source (0-20 MV)to Simulate K-Thermocouple Sensor , to measure two groups of current source current, and to give the real current. This system was designed with a high-speed DA converters to achieve AD and DA conversion. Using the high 12's with the DA converters 8051CPU achieve injection molding machine with a computer dedicated controller output than Cases of pressure and flow constant current source of current measurement.
