The mold is more and more high in manufacturing industry status, the mold technical level has become the important symbol to weigh the level of a national manufacturing industry horizontal. This article mainly introduced the injection mold’s designing’s method and process. First, it introduced the injection mold’ present development situation in the domestic and foreign and the future development tendency, than analyzed this plastic model’s structure, then designed the mold according to the plastic model’s structure.
The designing content includes: injection model machine ’choice, designing of components of take shape, designing of the pouring system, ejection mechanism design, designing of the side draws out system, designing of the cooling system and the mold, in addition, the design, discusses the instrument panel outer ring of the injection mold design process, and its feasibility analysis and process analysis。
Then, using software designed gating system and a variety of molded parts, and finally forming characteristics and production requirements under the standard mold of the entire build process, but also other parts of the injection mold a brief introduction and design. Top of the institutions of which the design of the difficulties, a detailed description of its design.
