Abstract
In today's era, has become a mold forming an important means of industrial production. Die injection mold is used in the production of the most common methods, with good quality and low cost advantages of a series. With the development of the plastic industry, the mould plays a more and more important role in modern industry to mould plastics. This paper mainly introduces the method and the process of the injecting mold designing, and analyses the influence of mould shaping structure to the quality of moulds. Mainly through a single parting surface design, according to the product characteristics of plastic injection mould, punch, and determine the overall structure, design model, design slanting guiding pillars of bending strength calculation, convenient products. Through the CAD drawing assembly.After the structure analysing of the mould,draw and design the appearance.structure with the UG three dimensional entity designing, then carry on drawing of patterns organization, cooling system of mould, core, mould shelf and design to lead organization,etc.. Core-pulling structure is the emphsis and difficulty of the article. We have used the slanting guide pillar side pulls out method , after the analysis which is both economy and effective, and it can solve this question perfectly .Through reading this article, the reader may be provided very good references when carrying on other injection mold. The design of the biggest advantages is economical and practical. the insight was elaborating in the end of the paper, and the later designing way of the injecting mold was put forward my views and viewpoints.
