奇瑞车叶片框扣板单型腔注塑模设计

摘  要
 近年来，随着塑料工业的飞速发展和通用与工程塑料在强度和精度等方面的不断提高，塑料制品的应用范围也在不断扩大，塑料制品所占的比例正迅猛增加。一个设计合理的塑料件往往能代替多个传统金属件。
 本文为奇瑞车叶片框扣板单型腔注射模的设计方法及具体设计过程，本塑件为哈尔滨齐塑汽车饰件有限公司的标准样件。通过对塑件的结构分析，运用UG画出塑件的图样及运用CAD/CAM绘画出注射模具的整体装配图及零件图。通过理论计算及所用材料性能等综合参数确定了模具的浇注系统、侧抽芯机构、顶出机构、复位杆、冷却系统、导向机构和模架等的设计方案。此外，还对塑料注射模其他零部件进行了简单的设计。最后阐述了完成此次设计之后的心得，并对以后的模具设计思路提出了自己的见解和看法。

Abstract
 In recent years, with the rapid development of the plastics industry, and engineering plastics in areas such as strength and accuracy of the continuous enhancement of the scope of the application of plastic products is growing, the daily hardware, and many other fields, the proportion of plastic products is rapidly increasing.
 This leaves for chery car frame gusset plate of single mold injection mould design method and design process, this plastic parts for automobile's Harbin plastic accessies Co, LTD standard sample. Through the structural analysis of plastic parts, plastic parts using UG draw the design and application of CAD/CAM drawing the overall injection molding assembly, will be dynamic modulus maps and plans. Through theoretical calculations and materials used to determine the performance of the integrated parameters of the casting mold system, the side core pulling bodies out of the top agencies, under reduction, cooling systems, orientation, etc. and mold design. Which, due to the design of plastic parts all around with a groove, so the side core-pulling mechanism is designed to be difficult in this re-design. We analyzed the use of the oblique derivative method smoke side column, effective and reliable solution to this problem.
