Abstract
Plastic injection mold is an important method, which is primarily applicable to thermoplastic plastic molding, Molding can be a complex shape of precision plastic parts. This paper introduces the whole design process of injection mould is introduced, that is, the plastic parts of the structure analysis for the process, choose injection machine with some of its parameters being checked so as to satisfy design demands, then the injection mould over all design is introduced, such as the forming parts and components design forming plastic part’s geometry and dimension, the pouring systems design transporting melt plastics, the overflow and bleed system design exhaust air. The correct selection criteria formwork, using CAD software rendering 2d graphics for stamping mould three-dimensional graph. Core-pulling structure is the emphsis and difficulty of the article. We have used the slanting guide pillar side pulls out method , after the analysis which is both economy and effective, and it can solve this question perfectly .
