摘  要
 
 80年代以来，在国家产业政策和与之配套的一系列国家经济的支持和引导下，我国模具工艺发展迅速，现在注塑模的发展水平已经可以代表一个国家工业的发展水平。本文以汽车内饰件工具箱盖加强件为设计对象，对其模具进行系统的设计。首先，介绍了目前注塑模具在我国的发展状况和所处的地位，以及发展前景。然后，介绍了注塑模具的具体设计过程。设计内容主要包括：产品分析和模具方案的选择、塑件材料的特性、注射机的选择、根据对塑件外形的分析对模架的选择，成型零件的尺寸计算、浇注系统的设计、冷却系统和排溢系统的设计、以及脱模机构和侧向抽芯的设计、还有成型顶杆的选用、斜推杆的应用和导向零件的设计。最后叙述了对此次设计的心得。

 Abstract
 
 Since the 1980s, our mould technics has been quickly developing under the industrial policy and the relative national economy's supporting and guiding. Now, the level of development of the plastic injection mould can represent a country's industrial level of development. This paper systematica-lly design the mould based on the automobile interiors toolbox cover strengt-hen part. First, This paper introduces the development of the plastic injection mould, its status and its developing prospects in our country. Then, it introd-uces the concrete design process of the plastic injection mould. The concrete content of design includes: product analysis and the choice of the injection mould scheme, the properties of plastics materials, the choice of the injection machine, the choice of the mould formwork according to analysising the sha-pe of the parts, the calculation of products' dimensions, the design of the running and cooling system, and the design of the exhausting system, the design of the degating system and side direction loose core, the choice of moulding mandril, the using of inclined pusher bar, and also the design of guiding elements. Finally, stating my knowledge gained from the design.
