路宝车后视镜盖单型腔注塑模设计

摘  要

 随着塑料工业的发展，塑料注塑模已经成为塑料制品的主要成型方法之一。而模具在制造业中的地位越来越高，模具技术水平的高低，已成为衡量一个国家制造业水平高低的重要标志。因此本文详细的介绍了模具设计的整个过程，在本设计中着重介绍的是根据塑件的结构形状、技术要求及企业生产的实际情况采用类比法来确定模具的最佳形式和结构。本设计分析后视镜盖的工艺性，设计了后视镜盖的注塑模具结构，并通过型腔压力和锁模力的计算，选择注塑机，给出了相关工艺参数。本设计的难点是塑件上存在凸起的部分，需要将塑件上凸起的部分与模具的成型部分分开制造，因此采用了斜顶杆结构。采用这种结构形式可以降低模具制造成本，同时还能使模具达到最优化。为降低模具成本，提高生产效率， 对于有国家标准的零部件，本设计均采用标准件，其中包括：注塑模标准模架；标准导柱、导套等。对于有推荐尺寸的零件，均选用推荐值设计，如浇口套等。

 Abstract
 
 With the development of industrial plastic，plastic injection mold plastic products have become the main method of forming one．Die in the manufacturing sector and the status of increasingly high level of technical level of the mold，has become the manufacturing sector of a country's level of the important signs．This article detailed introduction of the mold design of the whole process，the design of the highlights is based on the shape of plastic parts，technical requirements and the actual situation of production by analogy to determine the best form of mold and structural．The design of the mirrors covered technology，the design of the rear-view mirror covered injection mold structure，and through the cavity pressure and the clamping force，the choice of injection molding machine，given the relevant technical parameters．This design is the difficulty of plastic parts on the existence of the uplift of the need to uplift the plastic parts on the part of the molding and die separated from manufacturing，using a ramp mandril structure．This structure can be used to reduce mold manufacturing costs，while the mold to achieve the best optimization．To reduce die costs，increase productivity，for a national standard parts，the design of a standard parts，including： injection mold-standard mode； standards-guided，guided sets，and so on．The recommended size of the parts are optional recommended design，such as gate sets，and so on．
