基于Flex的用户信息管理系统设计

摘  要
 
 人事管理技术在企业的发展中占据着越来越重要的地位。人事管理系统是典型的信息管理系统(MIS)，其开发主要包括后台数据库的建立和维护以及前端应用程序的开发两个方面。人事管理系统是对工作人员进行统一的管理，可以方便的进行录入，查询，修改，删除，退出。在企业的经营生产中，用户信息管理已成为企业经营管理中不可缺少的一部分。
 通过分析企业用户信息管理的内容及特点，提出了企业用户信息管理系统的解决方案。系统基于FLEX和TERASOLUNA模式，采用tomcat、Validator、Oracle、Java、Mxml技术作为主要开发工具进行开发。系统由用户信息上传模块、用户信息查询模块、用户信息删除模块、用户信息添加模块、用户信息分类模块等组成。
 文章以系统软件、数据库设计与实现功能等为主线，详细介绍了基于FLEX和TERASOLUNA框架的企业用户信息管理系统。

Abstract
Personnel management system is a typical management information system (MIS), including the establishment and maintenance of the background-database and front-end application development. Personnel management system can manage the staff and admit input, enquiries, modify, delete, and exit. Production in enterprise's operation,user information management has become an integral part of indispensable business management。
User Information Management by analyzing the contents and characteristics of users proposed information management system solution.  is based on Flex  mode, using tomcat, Validator, Oracle, Java, Mxml technology as the main development tool for development.System  is  consist  of upload module from the user information system, user information query module, remove the module user information, user information to add modules, user information classification module and other components.
The article to the system hardware and software, database design and implementation of functions as the main line, detailing introduction based on the Flex user Information Management System.
