With the development of network technology, the examination of the technical means and carriers have taken place in the revolutionary changes in computer network technology allows Web-based online exam to become a reality. Web-based exam break through time and space constraints, reduce the cost of the exam, to solve the onerous test for teachers, saving a great deal of human and material resources. This article discusses the historical development of computer examination system and the status quo, as well as systems analysis, design and development of the whole process. The system includes management and maintenance module for Q&A candidates, candidates test module and the score module. At the same time, teachers and students can use a different identity to login with different operational authority. It can be achieved on a variety of questions reviewed.
