The management of houses is a typical MIS (the management of information system). The development of this system includes both building and protecting its database and developing its application program. To the former one, it needs to build a database,which could keep the application program communality and safety. And to the latter one, it needs the application program to have good function and to be easy to use.
The paper elaborated based on the B/S pattern's personnel the management of houses development and the design, and the design method which needed to realize to this system's demand analysis and the system has made the introduction. This system's basic function module mainly includes the management of the residents, the management of residents’ request, the management of repairing equipment, the management of parking lot and the management of commission. This system is based on the structurized design, divides into the backstage database handling and the onstage operates two, is advantageous for the expansion and the maintenance.
