基于ASP的枫林笔厂薪酬管理系统设计与实现

 枫林笔厂是一家小型的民营企业，近年来，随着企业规模的不断壮大，招聘的工作人员越来越多，这给企业的薪酬管理带来了一定得挑战。本文在对枫林笔厂认真细致调研的基础上，运用软件开发的基本理论，采用ASP技术， Access 2003数据库，设计并开发了枫林笔厂薪酬管理系统。文章主要阐述了系统的实现方案和关键技术。该系统经初步测试，基本满足企业方的管理需求，提高了企业的工作效率。

ABSTRACT

Fenglin Pen Factory is a small-scale private enterprise. In recent years, with the growing scale of business, more and more staffs come to work for the enterprise, and to manage the payment for these staffs become a big problem to the enterprise. After carefully research in Fenglin Pen Factory, with the basic theory of software development, and using ASP technology, Access 2003 database, Fenglin Pen Factory’s payroll management system is developed. The paper focuses on the realization of the system and key technologies. After some preliminary testing of the system, it is suitable for the manage demand of the enterprise, and it improve the efficiency of the enterprise.
