ABSTRACT
Deepening of the health care reform, medical equipment as in a hospital the third competition factor following the talent and capital, becomes more and more important. With the development of times and science and technology, a large number of advanced medical equipments and apparatus from home and abroad entering continually various of hospitals, thus makes inestimable positive contribution to health care industry, development of scientific research and public health in our country. In hospital effective management for medical equipment, whether good or bad given play to use and maintenance status, not only having a great impact on the hospital's overall service quality, image reputation and economic benefit, but also directly influencing on precision and timeliness of diagnosis working for the patient, it’s immediately related to a major event in the national physical and mental health which can not be ignored.
A complete medical equipment information management system should support the decision-making for equipment purchase; store the basic information of purchased equipment; express the status of equipment management; record the whole process of equipment using; make the cost-effectiveness analysis on the use of the equipment.
In this paper, introducing medical equipment information system’s overview and concept, history and development, effect and influence, introducing the typical technology of medical equipment information system. Completely describing the design and development of a medical equipment information system based on java big-3 frameworks(Struts2 +Spring+Hiberante), focusing to expatiate on design and implementation of closely relevant module to achieve project, like user module, equipment module, purchase module, maintenance module, retire module.
