酒店客房管理系统设计与实现

摘要

 本文根据酒店客房管理的要求和现状，讨论了一般酒店客房管理信息系统所要解决的信息管理问题、信息技术支撑问题，提出酒店客房信息化管理的优点和必要性。结合PowerBuilder 和 SQL Server工具，开发设计一个针对一般酒店客房管理的信息管理系统，实现了客房预定、住宿登记、宿费提醒、退房结帐、挂帐、查询统计、帮助等功能。该软件具备常见的主要功能，操作简单方便，界面直观友好，可满足酒店客房管理的一般工作要求，具有一定的实用和参考价值。

 ABSTRACT
 In this article, according to requirement and status of hotel room’s management, discussing the general hotel management information system to solve the problem, information technology support issues, improving hotel room’s benefits and the need about information management. Combining with PowerBuilder and SQL Server tools, development of the hotel rooms for the general management of the information management system, realized Reservation, accommodation registration, lodging reminded, check-out bill, query statistics, and other functions of help. The software has common functions, when you operation it you felling simple and convenient, intuitive and have friendly interface, it can satisfy the general requirements of hotel room’s management, and it have value of useful and reference.
