基于JSP技术的酒店客房管理系统设计与实现

摘要

 随着社会的的不断进步，酒店业的竞争也愈来愈激烈，要想在竞争中取得优势，必须在经营管理、产品服务等方面提高管理意识。如何利用先进的管理手段，提高客房的管理水平，是每一个酒店管理者所面临的重大问题。
 酒店客房管理系统是典型的管理信息系统，通过这样的系统，我们可以做到信息的规范管理和快速查询，实现了客房信息管理的系统化、规范化和自动化，这样不仅减少了管理工作量，还提高了管理效率，降低了管理成本。
 本文简要的介绍了管理信息系统的概念及特点。对酒店客房管理系统进行模块化分析，其中，重点介绍了客户入住模块、网上预定模块、退房付款模块以及管理员查询模块。

ABSTRACT

 With the continuous progress of the community, the hotel industry is also increasingly fierce competition, in order to obtain advantages in the competition must be in management, products and services, and other aspects of improving management awareness. How to use advanced management tools and improve the management level of rooms is a major problems for a hotel manager.
 Hotel room management system is a typical management information system, through such a system, we can do the norms of information management and to quickly find and achieve a room of systematic information management, standardization and automation, so not only reduced the workload management, Improved management efficiency, reduce management costs.
 This paper briefly introduced the concept of management information systems and characteristics. Management of the hotel rooms of modular system, of which focus on the customer-module, online booking module, check-out payment modules and modules for administrators query.
