Research on the village head troop's construction of The new Kwangsi clique time
Abstract
The new Kwangsi clique time, in order to change the old administration system of villages completely, policy of “taking advanced administration ,using advanced person” has been put into practice. It regulated that only the trained “Advanced person” can hold the position of the village head troop. It also has set froth a series of relevent requirements, were mainly from a perspective of age, education degree, capability and quality. Meanwhile, the policy also clearly regulated the responsibilities of the village head, for example, hold meeting of the villagers, responsible national register and the infrastructure facilities construction. What’s more , set the new request to village head's specialty and the training. The new Kwangsi clique time village head through the independent study, sharpened own synthesizing capacity, also sharpens the working ability. Through to the village head troop's construction, the new Kwangsi clique's military, politics, the economy, the cultural four big constructions made certain progress, the rural community condition had the improvement, thus improved the Guangxi grassroots cadre troop's overall quality, strengthened the government to the basic unit the control.
