After the rebellion of An and Shi, for the central government reformed local system, the former areas were changed into real administrative areas, the status of state administrative region were declined. In the middle and later period of Tang Dynasty, the ruler set up Gui, Yong, Rong, they wanted a convenient way to control each state. In Tang Dynasty, the change of the state system in Guangxi was confused, for example, there are great changes in the name, the establishment, the abolition of tomb counties, the capital and so on.However, with the productive forces of Tang Dynasty continuously improving, the ruler paid more attention to the local management and development.
