马君武与广西大学

摘要
 马君武先生(1881－1940)是中国著名的教育家、广西高等教育的奠基人。1928－1940年三任广西大学校长，期间注重办学师资，设立“苦学基金”， 提倡“锄头主义”， 严格实行军训等。通过以上努力，使得广西大学在全国赢得了声誉。马君武不仅对广西的高等教育做出了重要贡献，也为现代大学发展提供有益的启示。

On Ma Jun-wu and Guangxi University

Abstract
 Mr. Ma Junwu (1881-1940) was a famous educator and the founder of higher education in Guangxi. Form 1928 to 1940,he was a three-year-term president in Guangxi University, who was focus on school teachers,built a "hard science fund" ,promote "hoe", strictly enforced military training and so on. Accordingly, Guangxi University was able to rapidly improve its reputation in the whole country. Mr. Ma not only contributed to higher education of Guangxi but also offered much helpful enlightenment.
