Abstract
Feng Zhen（1897―1983）was born in Beiliu in Guangxi and known as a gifted scholar all the time in Guangxi, who was also a famous educator, a classical literature writer and a poet in our country. From 1917 to 1926, he was a professor in Wuzhou Middle School, Beiliu Middle School and Country Rong Middle School in succession. When he taught in Beiliu Middle School of his hometown, he was promoted an acting schoolmaster from an ordinary teacher at first, and turned into be a schoolmaster finally during four years. During that time, he led students to extend campus, clean campus, build library to collect books, and recruited talented persons. Besides, he supported students’ patriotic activities. All these activities had an important influence on his later teaching work, and played a role in promoting.
