Abstract
At that time, the coastal Qlian, Lei, Joan and Liuzhou, Guilin, Nanning, Wuzhou, Yunnan, Guizhou and Hubei and Hunan in the communication here. This article discusses the changes and breeding in water transport , as well as the historical process of promoting the rise, development and decline of Nanliu river . Therefore,this according to local recorjds,cultural,or other information,using empirical methods and doing field researchte study the rise and fall of the quay,through which finding out the close relationship between rise and fall from ming and quays.
