体制改革之垂范   村民自治之先声——合寨村村民自治发展史研究

摘要
 村民自治对中国农村行政制度产生了重要影响，与包产到户、乡镇企业一起，被誉为中国农民的三大历史性创造。合寨村是“中国村民自治第一村”，本文将以广西合寨村为研究对象，以史料为据，以实地调查材料为基础，窥探合寨村村民自治出现的历史背景、发展历程及所带来的变化，分析这种体制改革历经三十年后在合寨村所面临的障碍因素与问题。藉以此为村民自治的发展研究做点补充。

The first system reform   the first signs of the villager’s autonomy
——The study on the development of villager autonomy of He zhai village
Abstract
 Villagers’ autonomy has a significant influence on Chinese rural institutions ,which is known as three historic creating of Chinese peasants with fixing of farm output quotas for each household and township enterprises .Hezhai Village is the first village of villager autonomy  in China. this article will take Hezhai village，Pingnan township of Yizhou in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region for research , through interviews, and the preservative information of that time,explores the historical background on the rising of Hezhai village’s villager autonomy,the cours of development,and changes brought by villager autonomy,and analyzes the obstacles and problems that Hezhai village will confront after the reform goes through thirty years . Therefore , this article will do some supplement for reseaching the development of villager autonomy .
