The Primary Education of Guangxi in the late Qing dynasty and the early Republic of China
Abstract
In the late Qing Dynasty, Guangxi primary education was under the influnce of the politic, economy, ideology ,culture and the church of elementary school, which began its own development. In the late Qing Dynasty and early Republic China, the new primary education was gradually developing and the new school was widely established.But just because it was in the initial stage ,its development was not stable in teachers, curriculum, teaching methods and equipment, etc.which was not very well developed. But, as the important part in the Modern Guangxi education history ,its achievement is still worthy of recognition that it is the important symbol of the modernizing development in Guangxi education and play a positive promotion effect to the Guangxi modernizing.
