摘要
随着人类社会的发展，人们希望利用先进的管理理论方法和手段来处理越来越多的信息，考研培训也是其中一成部分，以此提高工作管理水平。在这种形势下，如何更好的对培训工作进行管理，就成了我们需要解决的一个问题，因此，开发一套完善的考研培训管理系统就成不可少了，本文介绍了在Visual Studio 2010环境下利用其提供的各种面向对象的开发工具开发本系统的详细过程，选用C#作为开发语言。本文概要的讲述了培训管理信息系统中，培训管理的课题背景、开发环境、需求分析等部分。本管理信息系统主要是把考研信息管理、培训需求管理、培训计划，培训评估等管理统一结合起来，使培训工作更加系统化。

Abstract
With the development of the human, people would like to use the advanced means and methods of management to do with the information which gets more and more larger. In this situation, it is a problem for us to solve how to manage the graduate examination train more efficient. .In a word, it is indispensable to develop a perfect system of management of graduate examination training. This article explains the detailed developed process and the use of tools opening up the objects in the platform of Visual Studio 2010.This paper briefly discuss about the background, development environment and demand analysis of Graduate Examination Training Management System. This system mainly comprises graduate examination information management, the management of training requirements, the training plan, the evaluation of training and so on, which make the work of enterprise graduate examination training more systematization, standardization, automation, finally to reaches the aim of improving the efficiency of enterprise training management and bringing more benefits.
