Abstract
With the development of Web-based mathematics exchanging system，the need of Web mathematical expressions editor becomes more and more common．However，the current Web technology is limited in supporting of mathematical expressions input and output．Therefore，it has practical significance to develop a platform for mathematical communication and learning under the environment of the network．
Papers describe the system design and part of the model design or a forum system equired with the function of editing mathematical formula，focused on describing the transmission and display of the mathematical expression on the Internet and implement to this editor algorithm for function．Users editor the mathematical expression with the save images use way to GUI or standard Tex command．It is so different from the traditional model communication on the Web of the processing and transmission，with the great of flexibility and expansibility．
Generosity of the system interface design，simple，practical，easy to operate，full-featured，fully adapted to the needs of users．
