For Brand Clothing Company, It seems to be very necessary to develop a personal management system in this kind of case.
This system takes Eclipse as a developing tool, the backstage database is Oracle, and the operating system is WINDOWSXP. The system carries on the design and the development by Struts frame,simplified the work.The overall construction was clearer and bright. The Struts frame the systematic various pages will be convenient, which enable effective organize them. The system has functions as follows: Staff Information Management , Employment Advertise Management , Attendance Management, Scheduling Management, Change Password and so on. It can provide an information index and the information accesses for the personal management, which can satisfy Brand Clothing Company's personal management demand.
This article introduces the development process of personal management system. The thesis introduces the need analysis of the system, database design and the whole development process of carrying out each model in detail.
