本文首先介绍了中小型企业门户网站的开发背景及发展现状，然后论述了系统的设计目标，系统需求和总体设计方案，较详细的论述了系统的详细设计和实现。最后，本文对企业门户网站系统进行了系统检测并提出了还需要改进的问题。
本系统主要为用户提供了站内公告浏览，业内新闻浏览，产品展示，在线订单，留言反馈等功能，为管理员提供了公告管理，新闻信息管理，产品类型管理，产品图片管理，留言管理，在线订单管理等功能。在设计方面，本系统采用B/S三层结构，同时使用ASP技术进行动态页面的设计，后台数据库选用SQL Server 数据库。
