摘要

 学生学籍信息是学校的一项重要数据资源，因而学籍管理必然成为学校的一项常规性的重要工作，是学校管理工作中不可缺少的一部分。学校的学籍管理信息系统比较典型地反映MIS的基本概念、设计与开发的要点，结合作者专业学习知识，依照数据库原理、软件工程的基本思想。作者开发了一个针对中学的血迹管理系统，该系统具有常见学籍管理系统的基本功能，操作简单。本学籍管理系统是运用PowerBuilder 9.0 开发，数据库采用ASA 8.0， 运行环境为windows XP。
 本系统阐述了一个普遍的使用于普通中学、班级的学籍管理系统的全过程，建立一套在现有的Windows 操作系统下的单机版学籍管理系统。该系统适合一般中学使用。管理系统具有简单实用、操作方便、可靠性强等特点。可供管理员登陆使用则拥有查询、添加、修改、删除学生信息的功能。该学籍管理系统基本实现了传统管理应用中的属性数据的管理，可以得到广泛的应用。本文严格按照软件工程方法，从系统分析、系统设计、需求分析、系统实施、系统的运行与维护等方面对系统进行了详细的说明。

Abstract

 Information of students is an important data resource in the school, which the management will inevitably become a routine of the school's important work, an indispensable part of school management. To improve work efficiency and ensure that schools can be timely and accurately understanding of the various kinds of information of students, I decided to develop a school management system.
 This school management system is used PowerBuilder 9.0 development system connecting to the database ASA 8.0, successfully developed and operated under the Windows XP.
 The system explains the entire process of construction of a student status system that is suitably used by ordinary schools, classes, and established a set of the stand-alone school management system under the existing Windows operating system. The system is suitable for school’s general use. Management system is simple and practical, easy to operate, reliable and so on. Administrators sign in for functions of querying, adding, editing, and deleting information of students. The school management system basically achieves the properties data management of the traditional management, so it can be widely used. In strict accordance with the software engineering approach, this paper is carried out a detailed description at the needs at the aspects of system analysis, system design and needs analysis, system implementation, the system’s operation and maintenance, and so on.
