半导体脱扣器设计说明书
摘 要:半导体脱扣器实质是低压断路器的一个组成部分,其主要作用是对低压线路的常见故障进行保护,如过载、欠电压和短路保护。半导体脱扣器是在热-电磁式脱扣器的基础上,随着半导体元件的发展而形成的一种新式脱扣器,半导体式脱扣器克服了热-电磁式脱扣器整定校正困难、精度低的缺点,它的精度高、耐恶劣环境能力强。可同时实现多种保护、控制为一体的新型电器。

The Design of Semiconductor Release
Abstract: A semiconductor Release is an unit of the low-voltage breaker virtually, its function is that it protects familiar malfunctions from the low-voltage circuitry mainly, for example over-loading、insufficient-voltage and short-circuit. With the semiconductor component being devlopped,it is forming a new type of the Releases on the basis of calorifics and electromagnetism. It overtakes the disadvantages of the calorific-electromagnetic Release which it is difficulty to be adjusted and its precision is low. A semiconductor Release is provided with high precision, and be able to bear bad environments strongly, it is a new type of the integrative wiring which can combine safeguards and controls synchronously.
