车辆发电总成自动测试系统设计

摘  要：
 随着我国经济得发展，汽车工业也有长足的进步，但在对车辆发电总成的测试中，传统测试系统的自动化程度不高，研发一种能自动完成对发电总成测试的系统就显得系统非常必要。本课题着重于完成系统对发电总成输出电量自动测试功能的设计：
  本系统采用日本三菱电气公司的FX-2N系列的PLC作为中央控制器，完成转速的快速设定与无级调速、参数处理等功能；用三菱的模/数转换模块作为信号采集与测量单元；用三菱的通讯模块分别与作为上位机的计算机和作为温度测量单元的红外线测量计进行通讯；用三菱的高性能变频器来驱动变频电动机-作为发电机试验用的原动机；用三菱触摸屏幕提供在线帮助信息，并显示测得的数据信息；上位机采用普通的计算机，通过RS232串行口与PLC通讯获得所采集的信号，这些信号在计算机屏幕上以表格的形式显示，并通过打印机打印出来。

 The Vehicle Generates Electricity System and Tests the     System to Design Automatically

Abstract：With the development of China’s economic, automobile industries have made a big leap. But in the test of the vehicle generates electricity, the automatic degree to test system of tradition is not high, Research and develop one can finish to generate electricity system tested to become seem system very much essential always automatically. Whether subject this is it finish system is it output electric consumption test design of function automatically to become always generating electricity to focus on.
 This system adopts the PLC of the series of FX-2N of the Japanese Mitsubishi  electricity company to be the central controller, which is used for completing to turn the soon fast enactment , having no class to adjust speed, parameter processing etc.Use the mold of the A/D Mitsubishi conversion to be the signal collector with measure unit;The infrared diagraph that uses a difference of the communication mold of the Mitsubishi and is the calculator of the place of honor machine and is the temperature diagraph unit accounts to carry on the communication;Changes the machine of frquence to drive the electric motor with the high performance of the Mitsubishi and be the prime mover that the generator experiments to use;Provide the on-line help information with the Mitsubishi touch screen, and show to measure of data information;Common calculator of the place of honor machine adoption, go the and communication of PLC through a RS232 string on acquiring the signal collect, these signals show with the form of the form on the calculator screen, and print out through a printer.
