The Design of PLC in Electronic
Control System of Ceramic Punching Machine
Abstract: Ceramic Punching Machine is very important in the field of punching.
Electric control system is very important for the Ceramic Punching Machine. As a new generation industry controller specially designed for industry environment,logical programmable controller has so many strong points,it can adapt to the much dusts environment at field,powerful resisting interference capability,the control procedure can be adapted to the technology agile alteration of parameter,powerful communicating function,good extensibility,all the strong points make the mode of installation easy to be revised,thus it can meet various kinds of necessaries in the process of the glazed tile manufacturing. In this dissertation the design of electric control system of ceramic punching machine achieved by logical programmable controller(PLC)and the electric control demand of ceramic punching machine are introduced. According to the electric control demand, the electric schematic diagram is designed, including main circuit and control circuit. The type and quantity of the components are selected and checked & listed. Based on the pressing curve ,the entire structure frame of programs is designed, the peak step and the crossbeam step and the automatic cycle are focused. In addition,the system commonly blocks are supplemented. This system is a pragmatic control system. Adopting PLC to achieve the ceramic punching machine electric control system greatly advances the stability and dependability of the ceramic punching machine.
