of 3D Color Scanner
Abstract:
The subject is the hardware interface circuit design of 3D Color Scanner based on structure lighting. The Filmdom 3D Color Scanner is the instrument of rebuilding cubic and color pattern of scanned object.The main purpose of the design is to control the motion of rotator,including direction control,speed control and angel control.Basicly the hardware circuit is made up of two major section,i.e. communication interface circuit,rotator control circuit
At the begining of the thesis ,it introduces the designing means by which a computer can communicate with a singlechip by MSComm of Visual C++ 6.0 in the circumstance of Window XP,And fully provides the program of communication .
Then,the article introduce the principle of remote serial communication by RS232 series interface and the corresponding hardware configuration which can fullfill the communication function of the system. What's more,contraposing the problems possibly appeared in communication procedure,some rational resolvents are given to make the data trasmitted perfectly.
At last,the artical introduce the servo driver and it's connection with singal chip misyoco.And the principles and properties of Panasonic MINAS seiries servo driver are also outlined.
