Development of A Device For Measuring Harmonic In Electric Power System Based On DSP
【abstact】By analyzing the situations of the electric harmonic monitoring equipments home and abroad aiming at the demand of power department and the practical applications . The application of Digital Signal Processor in the electric power systems is introduced in this paper . The paper briefly analyzes concepts of harmonic and methods of computing harmonic , and then proposes the hardware and sofware structure which uses industrial level microcontroller Intel 80C196KC as maste CPU , TMS320C32 as the slave CPU , and can perform measurement and processing .
The instrument used to implement techniques is an advanced data acquisition and parallel processing system aimed specifically at continuous real-time power system signal monitoring . A high speed and high precision distributed data acquisition and processing system is designed bassed on DSP . The synchronous data sampling of supervising system is realized by multi-channel collection retaining and A/D transformation circuit .The concepts of filtering and sampling power system voltage and current signals for harmonic analysis using the fast Fourier transform(FFT)algorithm by a Digital signal processor are introduce . According to the special characters of the electric power system , the algorithm of DSP is presented .
