交流双速电梯可编程PLC控制系统的设计
摘要:电梯是重要的日常交通工具,其性能的好坏主要取决于控制系统和拖动
系统的性能。
本次设计通过对几种常用拖动方式的比较,并结合课题的特点及需要达到的要求,确定此拖动系统部分用交流变频电动机拖动。控制系统主要有继电器控制、微机控制、PLC控制。在对它们充分论证的基础上,再结合设计要求,决定控制系统采用模块化结构、扩展容易、程序编制简单、操作简单、可靠性高、有停电保护数据和状态的功能的PLC控制。

This is designed by way of to several kinds of comparisons that the method was moved in the drag in common use , and the characteristic of combination subject reaches the requirement that need to achieve , definite this pulls to move the system part with exchanges the frequency conversion electromotor drag moves .The control system chiefly has RC , microcomputer control and PLC controls. The decision control system uses the modularization structure to the again combination design requirement on the foundation fully demonstrated to them. The extension easily and the program simply and the operation simply and the PLC of the merit of reliability and it's protected data having that power cut and state ability controls.
