Abstract:
PLC has been widely applied for control systems of many demesnes as a new generational industry controller. In this thesis, I expound some concepts of PLC, the design course of PLC control elevator and the protective methodology of elevator hardware with PLC. In the design I explain the design course of hardware and software about PLC control elevator, and the specific main hardware circuit. It also analyzes the use of main input point and output point. In the PLC control system, the using functions are achieved by control software. To have a better correspondence relationship between control software and the action of elevator and easy to debug and assert, I use pattern edit program. And explain three working mode of elevator of working. I divide the control software for parts: display program of floor, calling program, direction program, switch door program, transform speed program. They played to control elevator working correctly.
This system is a design to use Mitsubishi FX2N-48MR PLC to control a eight-floor simulation model.
