陶瓷压砖机的PLC电气控制系统的设计
 
 摘 要：陶瓷压砖机是瓷砖生产的关键设备，压砖机主要由压机主机部分、液压传动系统、电气控制系统和辅助控制系统等部分组成。本文介绍了陶瓷压砖机的PLC电气控制系统部分，从硬件和软件两个方面进行分析。硬件部分给出了电气原理图，并分析了主回路及控制回路的工作原理，再对各电路元件进行选型、校验。此部分的重点是PLC选型，并对照硬件连接图分析PLC输入输出地址表。软件部分首先分析压砖机各种工作方式，如手动、自动，单步、连续方式等。本文重点介绍了公用程序、回原点、料车单步和自动程序，分别以顺序功能图、梯形图、指令表三种编程语言来进行软件设计,并给出程序。另外，本文还介绍了PLC输入输出端的保护及抗干扰措施，并对本系统的操作调试作了详细的说明。

The Design of PLC in Electronic control
System of Punching Machine for Ceramic tile
 ABSTRACT：Punching machine for ceramic tile is the important equipment in the tile production.The punching machine is composed of the monitor ,hydraulic control system , electronic control system and the attaching control system.This paper especially discussed the electronic control system which is based on PLC. The hardware and the software will be introduced separately. In the hardware part,firstly the electronic control principle would be analysed, including main circuity and control circuituy . Then the type of the electronic components should be elected and checked .In this part,selecting the PLC is most important.And  the function of input and output terminal should be analysed also.In the software part,we should analyse the work flow,whicj included automatic、handed、circulativ and single working pattens .The paper introduced the programmes of every parts. The method of resisting interference is presented. And there is a instruction of how to run the system
