The study of new automatic belt loading machine
ABSTRACT:It removed all relays in the original system, and substituted with the single chip micro-controller in this system. The single chip micro-controller controls the base of the IGBT tube by extremely, again actuates the corresponding electrical machinery by the IGBT tube. This design uses the MCS-51 series single chip micro-controller 8051 chips. It has omitted many intermediate relays in original system, and realized its function by software. This is the innovation place of the design.
In the paper, I introduced the original automatic feed mechanism, analyzed why had to carry on the technological transformations to the original automatic feed mechanism, introduced the component of the new automatic feed mechanism, and explained the method of this software design and its function realization. Through the effective gathering signal, the correct judgment signal, this design makes the correct output. When gathering signal, because of being the switch signal, I has used the method of gathering many times for ant jamming in this design.
The DSP controller is a section high performance single chip micro-controller. The structure of the DSP controller has many places: The first, it uses the multi- groups bus structure for realization parallel processing, allows CPU carry on the program instructions and the stored data simultaneously; The second, it uses the independent accumulator and the multiplier, enables the complex multiplication operation become the quick operating; The third, the accumulator and the multiplier have separately connected with proportion shifting, that can complete many complex operations or the operation calibrations in an instruction after caused them; The forth, the way of looking for address is rich, that enables making programs become more easily; The fifth, there is the consummation outside to suppose internally, may constitute the integrity chips system. This design prospects for development are using digital signal processor DSP replacing 8051 chips. Will be simpler and more quickly.
