Abstract: The currency stabilization control in most smelt factory is adopted semi-automatic control of traditional PID control methods. All stayson traditional manul instrument. This instrumont relies on the operational experience of workers, the greater limitation in the control causes the instrument not to attain to ideal effect.
Aiming at these cases, this article use the two single neuron PID of BP neural network to control algorithms, adoptue traditional one-chip computer electricity control system. The algorithms is maths model which is not dependent on its object, also adapeto to the disturbance and timechange on its object, output, in order to make the value of output achieve standard goal. It can be vegulated by itself in accord to the deviation.
