Abstract： Fieldbus is the hottest automation technology today which has been used In all kinds fields，such as building automation，Intelligent region，traffic transport，Industrial controlling． So it is very significant to make some researches on how to integrate the LON fieldbus into a cheapness，higher degree of automation,higher security and credibility system。
In this paper，the concept of intelligent region and the technology of LON fieldbus is generally introduced，and also analysed and prospected the application of LON fieldbus in intelligent region, and then introduce the system of three value and three security problem design methods meanwhile design their applications.
It is main to solve the problems in explorating the values of water，ammeter，and gas meter meanwhile the three security problem of fire,thief and the coal gas reveals.The main is to accomplish a design of an integerated intelligent Community Managment System，meanwhile to show the concrete design and application in transmitting three values which means producing a wholly Intelligent Collector in transmitting the values of water，ammeter and gas meter .
